Matt Bryant

Owner & Founder

Born and raised on the coast of Georgia, Matt Bryant has long admired the beauty of the South and its stunning historic homes. After majoring in Political Science at the College of Coastal Georgia, he began a career in property management, overseeing luxury vacation homes on Sea Island. This experience provided him with invaluable insight into high-end real estate and working with high-net-worth clientele.

In 2013, Matt moved to Nashville and quickly fell in love with the city’s booming real estate market. The diverse neighborhoods and unique blend of historic charm and modern development fueled his passion for the industry. Over the years, he has built an in-depth knowledge of the Nashville housing market while continuing his career in real estate and property management.

In 2020, Matt launched Catapult with a vision to provide exceptional services to the many families relocating to Nashville. His expertise, combined with a deep appreciation for the city’s dynamic growth, makes him a trusted resource for those looking to call Music City home.

Today, Matt resides in Charlotte Park and loves exploring all that Music City has to offer, from its vibrant culinary scene to its rich cultural history.
